Happy New Year
Did you know that most people don’t keep up with their new year’s resolutions? Maybe you are one of them. I read a statistic that says almost 30% of people break their resolutions by January 31. To that I say Happy New Year on February 1!
Just because you have slipped up during the first month, it doesn’t mean you can’t get back on track. You can re-set your resolutions and begin again. There are 3 easy steps to do this:

- See if they were realistic.
- Enlist a buddy to help you be accountable.
